About Don
Don is a psychedelic coach, with a certification from ThirdWaveā€™s Psychedelic Coaching Certification program. Don has training in Co-Active Coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Focalizing (a somatic body-focused healing practice), NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Non-Violent Communication, and Sociocracy. His own spiritual healing path includes a 25 year contemplative practice that includes studying mysticism and non-dual wisdom transitions and teachers, participating in Zen Buddhist 7-day Silent Sesshin and 10-day Tibetan Buddhist silent retreats, and working with a healer steeped in the Lakota healing traditions and deep nature connection. Don has recently incorporated QiGong as part of his own self-care practices.

The first part of my career has been technology startups - with three exits.Ā Early in 2023 I transitioned to coaching with a focus on psychedelic preparation and integration - getting into the space for harm reduction and experience optimization.
